Care & Shipping
Each necklace is 16 inches (the standard length) unless otherwise specified, and every one comes with a 1 inch extender so you can adjust the fit. Need a custom length? Just ask before ordering.
Genuine gemstones, freshwater pearls and glass beads, strung by hand with 14k gold finishing on the clasps and accents. Because the stones are natural, colours and markings vary a little from piece to piece — that's part of the charm.
Set Collection pieces are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. One-of-one pieces are ready to post. Delivery is a flat $10.95 Australia-wide, with tracking.
Keep it dry — remove before showering, swimming or sleeping — and store it flat away from direct sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Treated kindly, it'll last for years.
If something isn't right, message me within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Made-to-order and custom pieces can't be returned unless faulty, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
