Shipping
- We ship Australia-wide for a flat $10, with tracking.
- Set Collection pieces are made to order and ship within 3 to 5 business days.
- One-of-one pieces are ready to post and ship promptly.
- You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
- We currently ship within Australia only.
If your order arrives damaged
Every piece is packed carefully, but if something arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of your order arriving.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging are required, we can't process a damage claim without them.
- Once we've reviewed your photos, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & exchanges
Because every necklace is handmade:
- Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos of the item are required with any return request.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Made-to-order and one-of-one pieces may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, if an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of the timeframes above.
