Shipping
- We ship Australia-wide for a flat $10.95, with tracking.
- Set Collection pieces are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days.
- One-of-one pieces are ready to post and ship promptly.
- You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
- We currently ship within Australia only.
If your order arrives damaged
Every piece is packed carefully, but if something arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of your order arriving.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging are required — we can't process a damage claim without them.
- Once we've reviewed your photos, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & exchanges
Because every necklace is handmade:
- Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos of the item are required with any return request.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Made-to-order and one-of-one pieces may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — if an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of the timeframes above.
